Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once a purchase is completed. Unlike physical items, digital downloads cannot be returned or deactivated, which is why we cannot offer standard refunds or exchanges.
Duplicate Orders
We completely understand that technical glitches or accidents happen. If you accidentally purchased the exact same product twice, please reach out to us within 14 days and we will gladly issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
